Just a quick one, got an interview for Nobu in the morning :D
Plus had the best night of my life by far on monday night/morning. Include congac cigars, dinner @ rockpool plus more. Full trip report to come.

Well, Dan, it does sound like a fun night.
And it got me thinking about the *best* night of my life. Hmmmm......
So long ago... sigh.... But I would say it was...
Living in Japan at the time, my girlfriend and I were often taken out to bars and restaurants by local Japanese who just wanted to be with foreigners.
This was just as well, given the exchange rate then, and the fact that a night out could cost $1000 a head or more.
One particular night, we'd been to a couple of bars with this Japanese university professor and his wife and daughter. Yaki-tori on the banks of the Kamogawa in Kyoto, the most beautiful place on this planet.
We'd fed on glorious Kobe beef at a wonderful sukiyaki restaurant, and of course, everything was always washed down with copious bottles of Veuve Clicquot. (Or Chivas for the Scotch drinkers.)
An atmospheric nightclub followed, great 80's music, and a huge surprise. My girlfriend was obviously quite happy that night, and dragged me into the plush ladies room. Right there against the sink she just sank to her knees and blew me. Little Japanese girls were coming and going, staring in amazement at the crazy foreigners. I was in heaven. But even better followed!
The professor and his wife took their leave at about 3:00am, leaving us with their quiet daughter. She suggested we go back to her apartment for the rest of the evening.
Soon followed my first experience with cocaine, and my first experience with a threesome. Gotta say, there's something to be said for both...
Sigh... I wasn't much older than you are now Dan. Get to work, boy.
